    Tenders are invited for Food Distribution Deir Al-Balah and Khan Yunis Workers on a Lump Sum Basis in Activities Terms of Reference: Direct Recruitment of Daily Workers(Crowd Organizers, Porters, and Stock Controllers) 1. Background CARE Palestine, in partnership with the World Food Programme (WFP), is implementing food distribution activities in the Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah governorates. To ensure smooth, safe, and dignified delivery of aid, CARE is seeking to directly recruit qualified daily workers: crowd organizers, porters, and stock controllers. They will assist in handling food parcels, support distribution activities, and assist in crowd and stock management to ensure smooth and dignified distribution. 2. Mission Objectives Ensure the continuous and reliable availability of 12 trained workers on an on-call basis. Adhere to CAREs professional standards of safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions. Porters: To ensure the safe, efficient, and timely handling of food parcels, unloading, site preparation, and assistance to beneficiaries. Stock Controller: To oversee the safe, transparent, and accountable handling of food parcels at the distribution point.
