The GVC will ensure the continuity of higher education for more than 88,000 affected students through a secure and resilient online learning platform. In partnership with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE), UNESCO is launching the first phase of the initiative. This phase will establish virtual campuses for four tertiary education institutions (one university and three technical colleges), serving approximately 20,000 students. To enable this, a server-based data center will be set up at the MoEHE premises in Ramallah to host the data and systems of the four institutions. Purpose of the RFQ The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to provide the MoEHE with the required equipment to expand its digital infrastructure and support the establishment of a data center capable of hosting the Gaza Virtual Campus platform and systems.
