    Tires For Heavy/Light-Duty Vehicles-Delivery Of Tires For Agricultural Machinery, Trucks, Dump Trucks, Machines For Excavation And Closure Works For The Needs Of Tp Dls Shiroka Polyana For A Period Of 24 Months. Delivery Includes Tires For Trucks, Dump Trucks, Machines For Performing Excavation And Use. The Articles Are The Subject Of The Public Procurement In Detail In The Technical Specification (Annex No. 1) Of The Documentation For Participation. The Items Included In It Are Optional In Quantity And The Contracting Authority Is Not Responsible If It Has Not Exhausted The Quantities. Delivery Will Be Made After A Written Request From The Tp Dls Shiroka Polyana. The Items Delivered Should Be New And Unused. The Chosen Participant Is Obliged To Deliver To The Contracting Authority To The Contracting Authority, In Addition To Those Listed In The Tech Specification To The Procedure, And The Price Of Them Will Be Formed On The Basis Of The Current Price List Of The Participant At The Time Of Delivery, With The Application Of A Percentage Of Trade Discount Indicated By The Participant In His Price Offer (Annex No. 3). Indication Of A Percentage Of Trade Discount In The Bid Of The Participant Is A Must! The Items Delivered Must Meet The Relevant Standards, Rules, Regulations And Laws Applicable In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The European Union For The Production Of Products Subject To This Order.
