E-Mail System-Delivery Of A Postal System License. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Licenses Required To Update The Currently Functioning Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Email System For The Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 Version. 2. Licenses Must Apply To Standard Software. 3. The Licenses Provided Must Be Lifetime (Perpetual). 4. The Licenses Provided Must Be Brand New, Not Damaged And Complete. 5. Licenses Must Be Free From Legal Defects, Will Not Be Charged To Third Parties, Especially In The Scope Of Provisions On Inventiveness, Trademarks, Copyright And Related Rights, And On Combating Unfair Competition. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer And Licenses Based On Cloud Solutions And Solutions Requiring Fixed Fees During The Use Of The Purchased Product. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Supplied Licenses To The Software Come From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer On The Eu Market, From A Legal Source And Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party With All The Components Necessary To Confirm The Legality Of Their Origin (E.G. Original Media, Certificate Of Authenticity, Activation Code With Activation Instructions, Etc.) Rights To This Software Or Its Launch. 8. The Contractor Shall Bear Full Legal And Financial Liability For The Effects Of Providing Illegal Licenses, Including For All Claims Of Third Parties, Violations Of Rights And Possible Damage Suffered By The Contracting Authority. 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 2 To Swz. 10. The Contracting Authority Allows An Equivalent Solution. The Equivalence Conditions Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz. 11. The Place Of Implementation Is Kwp In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109, 31-571 Kraków. 12. The Required Date Of Order Processing: 1) For The Basic Solution: Up To 10 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, No Later Than 15.12.2025, Depending On What Will Happen First; 2) For An Equivalent Solution: Up To 30 Days From The Date Of The Contract, No Later Than On 15.12.2025, Depending On What Will Happen First.
