From This, Special Attention Is Paid To The Ukf To Ensure Clinical Data And Maintaining Security Of Care. A High Level Of Digitization Is Required For The Guarantee And Promotion Of Patient Safety As Part Of Acute Care In Hospitals. This Also Includes Modern Technical Equipment. In Recent Years, Investments In The Areas Of Digitization And Equipment On The Part Of The Hospitals (Including Due To The Investment Congestion) Have Not Been Made To The Necessary Extent. This Situation Is Now To Be Counteracted With The Hospital Future Act (Khzg) And The Associated Hospital Future Fund. In Addition, The Ukf Was Compromised By An It Security Incident At The End Of 2023, Which Also Illustrated The Need For A Redundant Crisis And Failure Management System.
