Proof Of Equivalence Is The Obligation Of The Tenderer. If The Tenderer Intends To Offer An Equivalent Product Equivalent To The Products In The Technical Description, He Must Attach His Tender To The Technical Descriptions Supporting Equivalent Or Other Documents Supporting The Equivalence, Including, In Particular, But Not Exclusively, The Technical Documentation From The Manufacturer Or The Qualification Of An Independent, Professionally Recognized Organization. The Expected Characteristics, Disclosure Units And The Exact Amount Of Purchase Are Included In The Technical Specification And Priced Budget. The Performance Will Be Available 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Does Not Accept Partial Performance. It Is Not Possible To Submit A Partial Account. The Entry Into Force Of The Contract To Be Concluded Is That The Modification Of The Aid Application Submitted By The Contracting Authority Shall Be Positively Evaluated For The Above Source Of Applications. The Contracting Authority Is The Kbt. Pursuant To Article 53 (6), It Draws The Attention Of Economic Operators To The Contracting Authority To Consider The Non -Acceptance Of The Change Or The Acceptance Of A Less Than Requested Amount As A Circumstance That Makes The Procedure Unsuccessful
