A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex 2 To Swz, I.E. The Draft Contract. Note: The Project (Subject Of The Contract) Was Co -Financed As Part Of The Fenx.07.01Infrastructure Of Cultural And Cultural Tourism, Priority Fenx.07 Culture. The Castle Museum In Malbork Obtained Funding For The Implementation Of The Project From The European Funds Program For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027, Project Number Fenx.07.01-Ip.04-0059/24. 3. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Together With The Changes To The Contract Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz. 4. Common Applying For The Award: 1) Pursuant To Art. 58 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Contractors May Apply For The Award Of The Contract Together.
