Request For Expression Of Interest For Hiring A (1) Junior M&A Officer For Epips (Cuando Cubango). The Consultancy Services ("The Services") Include, Among Others, Supporting The Implementation, At The Provincial/Municipal Level, Of The Mosap3 Monitoring And Evaluation System (Sm&E), As Described In The Project Operations Manual (Mop); Supporting The Provincial Project Implementation Team (Epip) In Preparing The Epip Provincial Annual Activity Plan (Paa/Epip); Monitoring And Evaluating The Implementation Of The Paa/Epip; Supporting Extension Workers In Registering Smallholder Farmers In The Ecas; Monitoring And Evaluating The Registration Of Smallholder Farmers In The Ecas; Supporting Municipal/Provincial Technicians In Collecting And Processing Information; Providing The M&E Area Of The Project Implementation Unit (Uip) With Information That Allows For Updating The Indicator Results Framework; Preparing Quarterly And Annual Activity Reports At The Provincial/Regional Level; Participating, Together With Other Members Of The Epip Team, In Periodic Supervisions Of The Project Implementation Areas; Support The Training/Capacity Building Of Municipal/Provincial/Regional Level Technicians In The Collection And Processing Of Gender-Informed Information; Identify M&E Gaps, Support Stakeholders, And Propose Methods To Fill Them; Provide Updated Outputs For Wb Supervision Missions, Mid-Term Evaluations, And Final Evaluations; Support The Project M&E Specialist In Preparing Progress Reports And Presentations Prior To Each Implementation Support Mission; Participate In Project Evaluation Missions And Facilitate Access To The Monitoring And Evaluation Database And Results For World Bank And Other Teams And Missions, And Provide Any Additional Information And Clarifications Requested By The Project Coordinator And M&E Specialist, And By The World Bank; Support The Implementation Of Surveys Within The Scope Of The Project; Perform Other Activities As Directed By The Project M&E Specialist.
