Tenders are invited for Auction for Rental of Food & Beverages Concession Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: Al Dana Amphitheatre is seeking proposals from qualified food vendors to provide food and beverages services at our venue. We aim to establish a partnership that ensures high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and financial growth for both parties. This auction is covering vendor fit-outs, business plan submission, and financial revenue share commitments. There will be a total of Four (4) food and beverage concessions available for bidding. We will be awarding either all four concessions to a single bidder or individual concessions based on the quality of the proposals. Our objective is to partner with vendors who can deliver exceptional service, maximize sales, and contribute to the overall success of our concert venue. The selected vendor will be responsible for the supply, management, and sale of food & beverages during events held at our venue.
