Tenders are invited for GGGI Network Managed Service (2025-2028). Application deadline: Oct 1, 2025 Description : GGGI HQ is inviting eligible service providers to submit their quotations for the GGGI Network Managed Service tender detailed as follows: 1. The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) hereby requests you to submit a quotation for the service posted in GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). Below documents are submitted for your review so that you may prepare your quotation: a) Scope of Service b) Priced Activity Schedule form c) Requirements and Qualification Criteria d) Others (if applicable) To assist in the preparation of your price quotation, the necessary information, scope of services, person months and experts, form for submitting the quotation and a draft contract form are posted. 2. You must submit your quotation including the necessary documents mentioned in paragraph 3 electronically via GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal. Otherwise, you will not be considered further. 3. The documents to be submitted is as below: a) Business Registration Certificate b) Mandatory Disclosure Form c) Mandatory Certifications Form d) Personal Data Consent Form e) Availability of Financial Resources f) Clients certificate of completion as evidence of experience in the subject area at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the scope included in this Request for Quotation over the last specify no. of years years g) Priced Activity Schedule (Quotation) h) Technical bid confirming that you accept the TOR (or have any suggestion therein); i) Financial Statements for the past two years in English j) Others Please specify if any additional documents required 4. In evaluating the quotations, GGGI will adjust for any arithmetical errors as follows: a) where there is a discrepancy between the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule or the quoted amount indicated in the quotation, the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule shall govern; b) where is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by the quantity, the unit rate as quoted will govern; and c) if you refuse to accept the correction, your quotation will be rejected. 5. Your quotation shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of your quotation(s) specified in GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal. 6. Your quotation should be written in ENGLISH. 7. For the whole services should be based on the Priced Activity Schedule. For a unit price contract, should be based on the Bill of Quantities and Unit rates indicated in quotation. 8. Currency of quoted prices and payment shall be United States Dollars. The quotation shall include all duties, local taxes and other levies payable by the contractor. 9. GGGI will evaluate and compare only the quotations determined to be substantially responsive. A quotation is not substantially responsive if it contains material deviations or reservations to the terms, conditions, and specifications in this Request for Quotation, and it will not be considered further. 10. The bidder whose quotation has been accepted will be notified of the award of contract via GGGIs e-Green Procurement Portal within the bid validity period. 11. GGGI will award the contract to the Contractor whose quotation has been determined to be substantially (technically) responsive to this Request for Quotation and who has offered the lowest evaluated price quotation. 12. The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions of the contract posted in website. 13. If you withdraw your quotation during the validity period and/or refuse to accept the award of a contract when and if awarded, then you will be excluded from the list of suppliers for the project for two years. 14.
