The Following Basic Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: I. Design And Preparation Of Documents For Issuing A Building Permit; Ii. Construction; Iii. Making Authority Supervision And Preparation Of Executive Documentation. The Implementation Of The Main Activities Will Be Carried Out As Follows: • For The Iron Road Part - From Km 66+924 (End Of New Arrow № 9 Razgrad Stations To The Existing Kilometer) To Km 88+056 (Cc No. 2 Samuel Station), • For The Contact Network - From The Air Garage With The Section Of The Razgrad Gara. • For A Part Of The Alarm And Telecommunications - From Km 66+924 (End Of New Arrow № 9 Razgrad Stations On The Existing Mileage) To Km 88+056 (Cc No. 2 Samuel Station). Design And Preparation Of Documents For Issuing A Building Permit: The Project Must Be Developed In The Working Project Phase, In Its Full Volume, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Regulatory Framework, And Shall Contain At Least The Following Parts: • Geology; • Geodesy; • Iron Road With The Following Entities: - Restoration Of The Iron Road And Level, - Lower Construction, Earth Works And Drainage, Facilities, - Nonstava Railway, Shanage And Re -Regulation; • Contact Network; • Signaling And Telecommunications; • Safety And Health Plan; • Waste Management Plan. • Fire Safety In The Design Activities Also Include The Preparation Of Documents For The Purposes Of Issuing A Building Permit, As Well As The Preparation Of Documentation For Evaluation Of Its Conformity With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Works.
