Duration Of The Public March: This Framework Agreement Is Concluded From Its Notification Date For A Period Of 24 Months. It May Be Renewed Up To 1 Time Per Period Of 24 Months, By Tacit Renewal Without Its Total Duration Nexcède 48 Months From Its Date Of Notification. The Renewal Of The Market Takes The Renewal Of Its Main Characteristics (Duration, Conditions Forcution, Amount, Etc.). In The Event Of Non-Reaches Of The Market, The Decision Of The Contracting Authority Must Be Notified To The Holder By Mail Two Months Before The Market License.
