The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design (In The Field Of Srk And Telecommunications Industry) And Execution Of Works For The Task Entitled: Episode 2 - Construction Works On The Railway Line No. 201 Episode Maksymilianowo - Wierzchucin As Part Of The Project Works On The Maksymilianowo - Kościerzyna Section. The Entire Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of The Following Elements: Implementation Of Works In The Ranges (Task A): 1) Surface And Upper, 2) Traction Network With Power Supply, 3) Devices And Electricity Systems Up To 1 Kv, 4) Engineering Objects, 5) Cubature Platforms And Objects, 6) Transitions And Travels, 7) Geology. Development Of Executive Projects Together With The Implementation Of Works In The Ranges (Task B): 1) Railway Traffic Control Devices (Srk), 2) Telecommunications Devices And Systems. Option For Interface Buildings Ertms/Etcs Level 2 On The Railway Line No. 201 Of The Implementation Of Works Consisting In The Construction Of Objects Used To Protect The Environment. As -Built Documentation, Including: • Development Of Technical Regulations, In Cooperation With The Employer, Based On The Ir -3 Instructions, After The Completion Of Construction Works, In All Industries, • Developing Geodetic As -Built Documentation: - Picket And Longitudinal Profile Geodetic As -Built Inventory, • Development Of Documentation By Assumption And Measurement Of The Railway Geodetic Geodetic Warp And A Special Railway Warp, • Developing New Traffic Schemes And Expedition Points. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented For: Task And In The Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Descriptive And Drawing Part Of The Design Documentation, Which Is Volume Iii Swz And In The Pre-City Of Works Constituting A Separate Volume Iv Swz, Task B In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) Constituting Volume Iii Swz. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Article 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Contract Award Procedure, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. The Contractor Remains Bound By The Submitted Offer By 30.01.2026. The Binding Date Of The Offer Begins With The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Bid Bond Is Lodged Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids And Maintains Continuously Until The Date Of Expiry Of The Binding Date, Except For The Cases Referred To In Art. 98 Para. 1 Points 2 And 3 And Para. 2 Of The Act.
