The Subject Of The Contract Is Supply Of Hardware And Software As Part Of The Project Implementation Of The Zit Mof Kraśnik Strategy Through The Development Of E-Services . 2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled Implementation Of The Zit Mof Kraśnik Strategy Through The Development Of E-Services , Project No. 02.02-Iz.00-0011/24 As Part Of Measures 2.2 Digital Lublin As Part Of Integrated City Territories Investments. Functional Areas (Project Type 1, 2, 3, 4), Priority Ii Economic And Digital Transformation Of The European Funds Region For Lublin 2021-2027-Hereinafter Referred To As The Project. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) The Supply Of Licenses And Implementation Of The Municipal Functional Portal (Hereinafter Mof), 2) The Supply Of Licenses And Implementation Of The Mobile Application, 3) The Supply Of Licenses And Implementation Of The Resident Card System, 4) Delivery Of Plastic Cards - 2,500 Pcs, 5) Delivery Of Printers To Card - 4 Pcs., 6) Delivery Of Code Readers - 8) Development And Implementation Of E-Services, 8) Integration Of A Resident Card System With Organizational Units Systems. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 5. The Contractor Shall Make An Order Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz, Annex 1 To Swz And The Contract Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.
