    Advertising And Marketing Services-Planning And Implementation Of A Campaign Regarding The Compulsory Introduction Of The National E-Invoice System (Ksef) And Support Of Entrepreneurs In Its Implementation. 1. The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Campaign, Is The Implementation Of Communication Activities Regarding The Introduction Of The Mandatory National E-Invoice System, Hereinafter Referred To As Ksef, And Support Of Entrepreneurs In Its Implementation, In Accordance With Ppu And The Assumptions Of The Information And Visual Campaign Regarding Ksefs, Constituting Annex 1 To The Ppu And In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz To Ppu. 2. The Implementation Of The Campaign Consists Of: 2.1 Preparatory Phase Preceding The Start Of The Campaign, In Which The Employer Orders Established Activities That Are Aimed At Preparing It; 2.2 Three 9-Week Implementation Stages In Which The Campaign Will Be Conducted. 2.3 Framework Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Tasks And Activities Of The Contractor Under The Preparatory Phase And The Stages Of Implementation Referred To In Para. 2, Contains Sopz, Which Is Annex 2 To Ppu. 2.4 Conditions For The Performance Of The Order, Were Specified In Ppu And Attachments To Ppu.
