    Tenders are invited for Supply of Furniture Bidders wishing to participate in the auction : - Those who have a renewed business license in the field , are registered for Value Added Tax ( VAT ) and can provide a registration certificate . Bidding documents can be purchased at Hawassa Tegbare - Ed Polytechnic College , G / F / N / A / D / Processing Office No. 10 by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 ( fifty birr ) per document . Bidders must submit the completed bid document , the original and a photocopy , in a sealed envelope , along with a bank -certified C. P. O. ( cash ) of 2% of the bid security , along with the original document , in a sealed envelope . The name of the tender notice should be C. P. O. Hawassa Tegbara - Aad Polytechnic College . Bidders are required to submit all required items during the bidding process . The money reserved for the auction will be returned to the loser immediately once the winner is announced . Items offered for auction must be of high quality and standard . We hereby inform you that the bid can be submitted within fifteen consecutive days ( including Sundays and Saturdays ) from the date of its publication in the Addis Zemen newspaper .
