    Tenders are invited for All Civil Works for Conversion of Meter Gauge Track to Dual Gauge Track from Gumdandi to Dohazari with Other Allied Works 5. To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible Bidders should: write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for Package WD1 or Package WD2 or both Packages WD1 and WD2. pay a non-refundable fee of fee of BDT 15,000 or equivalent USD/Euro by Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer (Project), Bangladesh Railway, Dhaka, Bangladesh, for each Package. 6. Bidders are allowed to participate in any one package or in both packages. 7. A Pre-Bid meeting will take place on: Date: 13 August 2025 Time: 14:30 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) Place: Railbhaban, 16 Abdul Gani Road, Dhaka 1000, Bangladesh. A site visit will not be organized by the Employer. The Bidder shall make his own arrangement for any site visit at his own cost. 8. Bids should be submitted, with the bid security as described in the Bidding Document, to the address provided in para. 4: 9. Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend. 10. The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the bid.
