Tenders are invited for Consultant for the External Financial Audit of the Project to Support the Strengthening of the Resilience of Grassroots Communities Obtaining reasonable assurance that the financial statements taken as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error; obtaining an opinion on whether the financial statements have been prepared, in all material respects, in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework; - Obtain reasonable assurance that the projects books of account form the basis for the preparation of the Project Financial Statements (PFS) by the Program Coordination Unit and are prepared to reflect the projects financial transactions, and that the Program Coordination Unit has established adequate internal controls while maintaining supporting documentation for all transactions.
