SCOPE OF WORK / TERMS OF REFERENCE The appointed service provider will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and professional installation of blinds for designated office spaces. All blinds must be properly measured, fitted securely, and installed to ensure durability, safety, and smooth functionality. The service provider must provide all necessary tools, materials, and fittings required for installation and ensure the work area is left clean and tidy after completion. Office 243 (Second Floor) Blind Type: Steel type blinds Quantity: 2 windows Window Measurements: o Window 1: 148mm (H) x 245mm (W) o Window 2: 148mm (H) x 104mm (W) Office 122 (First Floor) Blind Type: Brown wooden blinds Quantity: 5 windows Window Measurements: o Window 1: 224mm (H) x 228mm (W) o Window 2: 224mm (H) x 182mm (W) o Window 3: 224mm (H) x 95mm (W) o Window 4: 156mm (H) x 99mm (W) o Window 5: 156mm (H) x 201mm (W) INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS Proper mounting of all hardware Ensuring smooth operation of blinds Adjusting blinds for proper fit and alignment Manufacturers warranty on blinds Care and maintenance instructions to be provided Installation Requirements Supply and secure installation of all necessary mounting hardware Ensure all blinds are level, aligned properly, and operate smoothly Perform final adjustments to ensure proper fit within the window frames Removal and disposal of all packaging materials and installation debris Ensure minimal disruption to office operations during installation Warranty and Maintenance A manufacturers warranty must be provided for each set of blinds A warranty certificate must be issued upon project completion Clear care and maintenance instructions must be supplied in writing 3. SITE MEETING A compulsory site inspection will be held to allow all interested service providers the opportunity to assess the installation site and verify measurements. 4.
