Supply and Installation of Biological Baths and Their Accessories The Maan Development Center announces a tender for the supply and installation of biological toilets and their accessories, as part of the Green Palestine project to promote a sustainable environment for children, their families, and communities in areas classified as "B" and "C" in the West Bank, with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) implemented by World Vision International and MAAN Development Center, according to the following conditions: § The supplier/ contractor must be duly registered with the official government departments. § Prices are submitted according to the table attached to the tender documents in Euros and are exclusive of value-added tax. § The Center is not obligated to select the lowest-priced bid, and has the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons. § The successful bidder must submit official zero-rated tax invoices. § The applicant is required to provide a valid certificate of discount from the source. § The Center has the right to divide the tender. § Advertising fees on Jobsite are paid by those who win the bid. § Providing a bid bond of $1,000 in the form of a bank guarantee or certified check.
