Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Office And Restaurant Building

Tenders are invited for Construction of Office and Restaurant Building at Kigali International Airport. Rwanda Airports Company (RAC) (hereinafter called Client) intends to apply a portion of its funds to eligible payments under the tender 013/W/2025-2026/NCB/RAC for construction of office and restaurant building at Kigali International Airport. RAC now invites, by the present invitation to tender, sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the mentioned tender. The execution period is one-year renewable depending on the contractors performance. Bidding will be conducted through an open tender and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents. A complete set of bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at Kigali International Airport (RAC offices), upon presentation of the proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand eight hundred Rwandan francs (10,800Frw) or its equivalent in convertible currency at the exchange rate applicable at the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) at the day of payment. The sum is to be deposited at Bank of Kigali on the Account N° 00040-06948300-35 (RWF) opened in the name of Rwanda Airports Company. Alternatively, the tender document may be downloaded from the RAC website (www.rac.co.rw) and attach proof of its payment in the bid. A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 19th September 2025 and will be conducted by RAC representatives at Kigali International Airport at 10:00 Am. All bids must be accompanied by an original Bid Security of seven million (7,000,000Frw) Rwandan francs or its equivalency on a freely convertible currency from a recognized bank or an insurance company operating in Rwanda which shall be valid until 30 days after the bids validity. Bids must be delivered to RAC offices, Kigali International Airport (Information Desk) at or before 7th October 2025 at 10:00 Am. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address mentioned on the same day at 10:30 Am.
