    Expression of Interest for Recruitment of a Design Office for the Conduct of Technical and Engineering Studies for the R+4 Building Housing the General Directorate of State Protocol (DGPE), the Building Housing the General Directorate of African Integration (DGIA) and the General Directorate of Customs with a View to Their Rehabilitation. The design office will carry out the mission in two (02) phases, namely diagnostic studies and implementation studies. First, at the diagnostic studies level, the aim will be to establish the inventory of the aforementioned degraded buildings by conducting an in-depth study of the various technical trades of the infrastructure Secondly, at the implementation studies level, an in-depth study of the proposed architectural and technical solutions in response to the various diagnoses previously established during the first phase will be required, as well as proposals for redevelopment and the preparation of the various technical documents necessary for the successful execution of the rehabilitation and expansion works. The duration of the assignment will be one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the scoping meeting and start of work.
