    Expression of Interest for Recruitment of a Design Office for the Conduct of Technical and Engineering Studies for the R+4 Building Housing the Dgcoop, the DGEP Building (Formerly Sp-Conapo, Ground Floor Building), and the Building Housing the Investment Programming and Evaluation Directorate (Dpei/Dgep) with a View to Their Rehabilitation. The design office will carry out the mission in two (02) phases, namely diagnostic studies and implementation studies First, at the diagnostic studies level, the inventory of the aforementioned degraded buildings will be established by conducting an in-depth study of the various technical trades of the infrastructure. Second, at the implementation studies level, the proposed architectural and technical solutions will be studied in depth in response to the various diagnoses previously established during the first phase, as well as proposals for redevelopment and the preparation of the various technical documents necessary for the proper execution of the rehabilitation and expansion work.
