    Request For Expressions Of Interest And Statements Of Qualificationsscope Of Workthe Successful Respondent Will Deliver A Solution That Includes:Software Licensing, Configuration, And Implementation.Integration With The City’S Erp And Other Financial Systems.Multi-User Collaboration Features, Including:Real-Time, Simultaneous Editing.Document Version Control And Change Tracking.Role-Based Access For Finance, Departmental Staff, And Auditors.Automated Workflows For Data Collection, Validation, And Approvals.Preparation And Publishing Of:Consolidated Financial Statements (Including Notes To The Financial Statements).Five-Year Financial Plan.Annual Report (Including Narrative, Statistical, And Performance Reporting).Sofi And Lgde Reports.Departmental Portals For Submitting Data, Uploading Documents, And Responding To Finance Requests.Training For Finance And Departmental Staff.Ongoing Technical Support, System Upgrades, And Maintenance.Addendaif The City Determines That An Amendment Is Required To This Rfeoi/Soq, The City Representative Will Issue A Written Addendum By Posting It On The Bc Bid Website At Www.Bcbid.Gov.Bc.Ca And The City Website At Www.Surrey.Ca (Collectively, The “Websites”), And Upon Posting, Any Addenda Will Form Part Of This Rfeoi/Soq.
