The Ministry Of Justice Will Request Your Tender To Carry Out The Explanation Of The Explanation Of The Development Of The Individuals Debt Settlement Procedure In Accordance With This Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes. The Target Of The Procurement Is A Study Assessing The Effectiveness And Appropriateness Of The Individuals Debt Settlement Procedure And Mapping The Possibilities For Developing The Procedure In A More Functional And More Appropriate Direction. The Report Assesses Whether It Would Be Possible To Arrange The Proceedings Of Debt Settlement Matters In A Lighter Authority Proceedings To Reduce The Role Of Courts In The Procedure And To Confirm The Role Of Financial And Debt Counseling And/Or The Bailiff. The Aim Is To Reduce The Amount Of Work And Thus The Costs Of The Courts, The Cooperation And The Division Of Labor Between Authorities, And That The Procedure Will Be Simplified From The Point Of View Of Both The Authorities And The Debtors. The Tenderer Must Appoint 3-5 Experts In The Expert Group, And The Group May Include A Research Assistant. Named Experts Must Carry Out 100 % Of The Study. Implementation Of The Study Requires Good Expertise In The Insolvency And Procedural Law, And Experience In The Course Of The Current Debt Settlement Procedure (Perspectives On Court, Financial And Debt Counseling And Bailout). A Maximum Of Eur 100,000 (Vat 0 %) Is Earmarked For The Conduct Of The Report. The Ministry Of Justice Appoints The Steering Group To Support The Work.
