Tenders Are Invited For Lamps Renovation Contract For The Lemonsoft Stadium Masts

The City Of Vaasa Sports Services Is Requesting Offers From The Lamps Renewal To Lemonsoft Masts. The Time Of The Contract Is 01.11.2025-30.11.2025. The Contract Will Be Commissioned. On The Basis Of The Turnkey Hand, And The Contract Includes All The Materials Needed For The Work, With The Work Of Auxiliary Work, Unless The Performance Is Separately Excluded From The Contract. The Contract Includes The Periodic Maintenance Of The Masts, The Dismantling Of Old Luminaires, Group Centers, Ballasts And Wires, And The Disposal Of The Stadium Light Masts. The Contract Also Includes The Acquisition Of New Leds, Group Centers, Connecting Devices, Wires, Guidance And Other Necessary Parts, And Installation In Accordance With The Tender Documents Up To Full Operation. The Contract Includes A Fully Pre-Equipped, Well-Functioning System Defined In The Tender Documents. It Must Be Manufactured, Installed And Documented Professionally, Using Well-Established And Well-Known Working Methods And Proper Materials And Supplies, And Must Be In Line With Laws, Regulations, Sfs Standards, Iec Standards And Other Forms Of Construction. A More Detailed Specification Of The Content Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Appendix Two (2) Electrical Reporting S00002 And Other Appendices. The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract Program And The Electrical Report So That The Contract Is Completed And Will Be Handed Over To The Customer No Later Than 30.11.2025. The Subscriber Requires That The Stadium With Sufficient Lighting Is Available For Exercises During The Contract.
