The Master Douvrage, For The Sake Of Promoting Lexclusion, Has Decided To Apply The Larticle L2112-2 Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code By Including In The Specifications Of These Markets A Compulsory Clause Dinsetion By Economic Lactivity. This Clause Is Applicable To The Entire Lentreprise Market Which Will Be Awarded The Market Will Have To Carry Out A Dundest Action Allowing Laccès Or The Return To The Employment Of People Encountering Particular Social Or Professional Difficulties.
