    When Executing The Order, It Should Be Carried Out: Full Service Maintenance Of The Copier Equipment Of Varna Municipality And The Municipal Budget Units. When Executing The Order/Contract, A Monthly Report On The Copies Of Each Machine Must Be Carried Out Individually And Complete Servicing, Including: Repair Of Damage; Delivery Of The Consumption (Without Paper); Delivery Of The Required Spare Parts; Software Support For Multi -Function Copiers; Monthly Technical Inspections And Prevention (Software Support, Lubrication, Dry Cleaning Or Washing Of Machines) According To The Technical Specification (Annex 1), An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, In Which All Conditions Are Not Determined, For The Award Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Implementation Of Full Service Maintenance Of The Copying Equipment Of Varna Municipality And The Municipal Budget Units, With A Term Of Up To 36 Months, With 2 (Two) Potential Contractors Who Meet The Pre -Announced Conditions.
