Assisting In The Registration Process The Object Of The Contracting Authority Of The Liberalized Electricity Market. The Contracting Authority Will Not Pay A Fee For: Preparation, Sending And Registering By The Contractor Of The Daily Hourly Load Schedules And The Cover Of Their Unbalances And The Parameters For Their Formation; Participation In The Balancing Group And Sanctions For Excess Or Shortage Of The Unbalanced. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Be Concluded For Combination Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee (Electricity Trade Rules) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Administration Of Schedules And The Exchange Of Information With Eso. The Contracting Authority Will Not Pay The Contractor A Fee For Participation In The Balancing Group, Beyond The Price Offered By The Participant. In The Case Of Electricity Unbalanced, They Will Be At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Will Not Be Charged Additional Amounts For Surplus And Shortage.
