All Activities Are Detailed In The Technical Specification For The Relevant Lot Of Public Procurement, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Present Public Procurement Shall Be Awarded Under The Conditions Of Art. 8, Para 1 And Para 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, (With A Concluded Agreement For Joint Award With Ex. No. 4284/10.04.2025 Between Ea Vkpd And The Directors Of Kindergartens: Kokiche Ddg Svetlina, Dd Kalina And Ddg Detelina). With The Agreement, The Directors Of The Above State Kindergartens Authorize The Executive Director Of Ea Military Clubs And Military Recreation To Carry Out On Their Behalf As Contracting Authorities, All Legal And Factual Actions For The Opening And Conduct Of The Said Open Procedure Under Art. 20, Para 1, Item 1, Letter B Of The Public Procurement Law In Lots. The Contract Is Announced In Connection With Directive 2009/72/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 13 July 2009 On The General Rules For The Internal Market Of Electricity And For Cancellation Of Directive 2003/54/Ec And Chapter Nine, Section Vii Transactions At Freely Agreed Prices Of The Energy/2003 Law
