Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Delivery Through The Purchase Of Inverter Air Conditioners With The Specified Minimum Technical Parameters And Technical Requirements, Dismantling The Old Air Conditioners (Where Applicable) And Installation Of The New Ones, As Well As Their Warranty Maintenance. The Offered Inverter Air Conditioners Must Be New And Unused, Meet All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Including In Terms Of Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards And Power Supply. The Supplied Air Conditioners Must Be In The Original Packaging Of Undisturbed Integrity And Accompanied By The Following Documents On Delivery: Guarantee Card By The Manufacturer, Instructions For Use In Bulgarian Language, Label For Energy Efficiency, Product Information Sheet/Energy Fiche, Acceptance Protocol. The Energy Class Of The Air Conditioners Supplied Must Match The Climate In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Deliver 30 Pcs. Air Conditioners In Accordance With The Characteristics Set Out In The Technical Specification For The Needs Of Harmanli Municipality. The Deadline For Execution Of The Contract - The Delivery Time Of The Air Conditioners Should Be Up To 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. A Participant, Who Offered A Time Longer Than The Above, Will Be Removed From Further Participation In The Contract. The Deadline For Implementation Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
