    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Carrying Out Construction And Repair Activities In The Area Of ​​Bas, With Address 72 Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., № 72, Bl. 10, Sofia 1784, Divided Into Two Positions: Item 1 “Implementation Of Construction Repair Activities In Premises, Part Of The Building Stock Of Bas, Used By Ifh-Bas, With Location Of Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., № 72, Sofia 1784” Position 2 Cleaning Of Audit Shafts And Square Canal, Tracing, Video Investigation And Repair By Sewage And Water Supply In The Basement Floor Of Bl.10, Part Of The Building Fund Of Bas, With Location Of Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd., № 72, Sofia 1784. The Total Estimated Value Of The Two Lots Is Bgn 84 986.90 Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Is Determined As A Residual Value According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act And Is In The Amount Of Bgn 74 803,76 Excluding Vat, Determined For Position 1 The Estimated Value Of Position 2 Is Bgn 10 183.14 Excluding Vat. Lot 2 Shall Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Residual Value Of The Order Is Bgn 74 803,76 Excluding Vat. Tenders Shall Be Submitted Only For A Lot 1 And The Requirements Specified In This Documentation To The Procedure Apply To It. In The Stated Estimated Value In Both Positions And In Particular Pos. 1 Ppa For The Assignment Of Unforeseen Activities During Construction, Which Should Not Exceed 10 % Of The Value Of The Construction Works.
