    Work Detail

    Helping With A Warm Lunch Aims To Provide A Healthy, Varied And Nutritious Hot Food For Lunch For People Who Are Not Able To Alone Or With The Help Of Their Loved Ones To Secure One. The Maximum Number Of Users Is 400 Persons. The Estimated Number Of Working Days For The Term Of Execution Of The Order Is 84 Working Days. The Target Groups In Need Of Persons To Be Covered Are: Persons And Families Without Income Or Low -Income, Adult Pensioners And Lonely Retirees Who Have Low Incomes Cannot Support Themselves With Their Income And Property And Do Not Receive Support From Their Loved Ones; Persons Subject To Social Assistance, Including From The Circle Of Persons Under Art. 4, Para. 1 Of The Ordinance, Which Are Unable To Meet Their Basic Life Needs And Have A Need For Daily Additional Support; Persons With Low Incomes Who, Due To Any Disabled Or Health Restrictions, Are Difficult Or Impossible Self -Care, Including Lonely Persons With Permanent Disabilities With Low Personal Retirement Income For Whom There Is No Suitable Candidate For The Personal Assistance Assistant; Persons Who, Due To Incidental Circumstances, Are In A Difficult And Vulnerable Situation And Have A Need For This Type Of Support; Wandering And Homeless Persons; Persons From Vulnerable Groups - Citizens Of Third Countries, Within The Meaning Of § 1, Item 17 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Asylum And Refugee Act. The Finished Food Is Delivered Daily Every Working Day To The Designated Points On The Territory Of Razgrad Municipality Not Later Than 2 Pm-A Warm Lunch, Including: Soup, Main Course /Minimum 300 G /, Bread And At Least Once A Week Dessert. The Selected Contractor Must Provide The Warm Lunch In Individual Packaging.
