    Work Detail

    The Subject Of This Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Deliver Supplies For Printers For The Needs Of Shumen Municipality And Its Structural Units, For Which Consumables Will Be Delivered. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Ensure The Seamless Functioning Of The Municipality Of Shumen And Its Structural Units In Connection With The Printers Used. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots, Namely: Lot # 1 - Delivery Of Original Printers Consumables For The Needs Of Shumen Municipality And Its Structural Units. Lot 2 - Delivery Of Compatible Consumables (Substitutes) For Printers For The Needs Of Shumen Municipality And Its Structural Units. The Consumables Subject To The Two Lots Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Maximum Disposable Financial Resource Of The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Supplies, The Subject Of This Contract Is Bgn 54,000 / Fifty -Four Thousand Levs / Without Incl. Vat Divided As Follows: For A Lot 1 - Delivery Of Original Printers Consumables For The Needs Of Shumen Municipality And Its Structural Units - Bgn 22 000,00 (Twenty -Two Thousand Levs) Without Incl. Vat. For Lot 2 - Delivery Of Compatible Consumables (Substitutes) For Printers For The Needs Of Shumen Municipality And Its Structural Units - Bgn 32,000.00 (Thirty -Two Thousand Levs) Without Incl. Vat. The Instructions For This Public Procurement Are Drawn Up In Order To Support The Potential Participants, Familiarizing Themselves With The Terms And To Prepare Their Tenders For Participation In This Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act / Ppa / And The Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. Participants In The Public Procurement Should Be Acquainted With All The Instructions, Samples, Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority.
