    4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Expansion And Modernization Of The Water Supply Network In The Telatyn Commune - Stage Iii. 4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Construction Of A 2 X 100M³ Concrete Expansion Tank At The Water Supply Station In Kryszyn, Including The Following Works:  Demolition And Disassembly Works,  Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Tanks From Prefabricated Elements, Overwhelmed With A Capacity Of 2 X 100M Armament Of The Internal Tank From The Pe 100Rcsdr11 Pipes. Construction Of Water And Sewage Technological Cables Between The Designed Tank Cables And Existing Technological Cables,  Implementation Of The Power And Control Electrical Installation,  Making A New Fence Between Nodes A-G-F-E.4.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Project Documentation, Including: Technical Projects; Land Development Project; Architectural And Construction Design2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3). The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. Speech During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Pre -City Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4, Item 1) And Stwirb.
