1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Carried Out Under The Name: Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Together With The Distribution Service To The Premises And Facilities Of The Wijewo Commune In The Period 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 Estimated Annual Current Consumption Is 125,000 Kwh.2. The Correct Amount Of Energy Consumed Will Be Read On The Basis Of Meters Indications In The Location Of The Indicated Collection Points. 3. The Supply Of Electricity Will Take Place On The Conditions Specified In The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 201.266, I.E. Of 2024.02.28), The Executive Provisions Of This Act And Generally Applicable Legal Provisions. 4. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With Applicable Qualitative Standards And The Provisions Of The Energy Law Act As Well As Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards, In Particular With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 22 March 2023 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Functioning Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919, As Amended). 5. Energy Recipients Are Listed In Annex 2 To Swz.6. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Addition To Energy Supply, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Distribution Service To The Indicated Premises And Facilities. 7. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Contracts Concluded Between The Employer (Electricity Recipient) And The Operator Of The Dso Distribution System (Applies To Contractors Who Are Not The Owners Of The Distribution Network). 8. Contractors Receivable For Consumed Electricity During Settlement Periods In Accordance With The Settlement Periods Used By The Osd Distribution System Operator Operating In A Given Area And Approved In The Osd Tariff (Two-Month), Will Be Calculated Individually As The Product Of Actually Sold Electricity Determined On The Basis Of Indications Of Measuring Devices Installed In Measuring Devices And The Price Of Uniform Energy Electricity Specified In The Offer And Contract. 9. The Contractor Will Add Vat To The Applicable Amount At The Applicable Rate As At The Date Of The Invoice. 10. Possible Changes In Actual Electricity Consumption To The Estimated Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Contracting Authority. 11. The Contractor Will Ensure And Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Commercial Balancing Of The Ordering Party. The Entity Responsible For The Settlement Of Uninterested Electricity Supplied And Collected From The System Will Be The Contractor. 12. Electricity Bought On The Basis Of A Contract Will Be Consumed For The Needs Of The Final Recipient, Which Means That The Contracting Authority Is Not An Energy Company Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law. 13. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractors To Appropriate Powers Of Attorney And Provide All Necessary Data And Information Enabling The Seller To Change The Procedure.
