1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Of Modernization Of The Attic Rooms In The Historic Goragea Building In Wysoka. The Building Is Located In Wysoka At Plac Wolności 1, On Plot 593 With An Identifier 301909_4.0001.593. The Bun Is Covered By Conservation Protection. 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Necessary To Perform, Among Others, The Demolition Works Of The Existing State, Among Others Disassembly Of The Existing Internal Door Joinery, Shelling Of Ceramic Tiles, Forging Or Dismantling Of Floor Layers, Demolition Of Existing Installation Enclosures; Dismantling Of The Electrical Installation, Dismantling Of The Existing Sanitary Fittings, Dismantling Of Sanitary Installations. Wall Stainwater. Drawing; 2) Renovation Works In The Scope Of, Among Others Skut And Arrangement Of New Wall Cladding, Repainting Room Walls, Forming Floor Cladding And Making New Layers, Replacement Of Interior Door Joinery, Dismantling Of Partition Walls From Gk Plates Attached To The Wooden Roof Structure, Disassembly Of Some Electrical Elements (Including The Main Distribution) And Some Elements Of Water-Sewage Installations, Mainly Dismantling And Battery, Mainly Dismantling And Battery. Sanitary; 3) Utilization Of Waste From Demolitions; 4) Making Light Partition Walls; 5) Execution And Passage In Masonry Walls; 6) Housing Of Installation Channels; 7) Execution Of The Internal Water Supply And Central Heating Installation; 8) Implementation Of The Electrical Installation Of Internal Lighting And Plug -In Sockets; 9) Emergency Lighting And Evacuation Lighting Installation. Orders Are Included In Annex 3 To Swz.4. Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract: 4.1. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Have A Construction Manager In Order To Supervise The Implementation Of Works. 4.2. The Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - A Minimum Of 24 Months (The Warranty Period Is The Offer Evaluation Criterion With Point 16 Swz). 4.3. During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply All The Requirements Specified In Environmental Protection. 4.4. Building Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract Must Correspond As To The Quality Of The Requirements Of Product -Ordered And Applicable Construction And Have Current Approvals Or Declarations Of Compliance With Technical Approval. 4.5. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include The Names Of Manufacturers Of Material Or Other Products Or Products, They Only Serve To Determine The Desired Standard Of Implementation And The Determination Of The Properties Of Technical And Utility Requirements Assumed In The Technical Documentation For A Given Typicals, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As A Designer Proposals.
