4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Building Of The Babiogórski Directorate National Park Located At Zawoja 1403. The Work Of The Works Includes: Comprehensive Replacement Of The Roofing Together With The Implementation Of A New Thermal Insulation Of The Roof Slopes And Attic, Renovation Of Chimneys And Assembly Of New Flashings As Well Lightning Protection, Utilization Of Materials From Demolition And Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract. 4.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Requirements For Materials And Technologies Were Specified In The Documents Attached To Swz - Annex 1 To Swz: Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Bill Of Quantities. 4.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order In Accordance With The Rules In Force In The Babiogórski National Park Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
