Tenders Are Invited For Service For Performing Installation And Measurement Works Of 48J Fiber Optic Tract In The Existing Teletechnical Sewage System Of The Ordering Party In The Brzeźno Chl/Brz/Dn - Dorohusk Chl/Dor/Dn

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Perform The Task Entitled Service For Performing Installation And Measuring Work Of 48J Fiber Optic Tract In The Existing Teletechnical Sewage System Of The Ordering Party In The Brzeźno Chl/Brz/Dn-Dorohusk Chl/Dor/Dn (Without Building A New Teletechnical Infrastructure In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex No. 1 To Swz, Hereinafter-Opz) And Technical Conditions (Annex 3A Further - Tw), Covering Only Installation And Measurement Works In The Existing Teletechnical Sewage System, Without Building A New Teletechnical Infrastructure. Fiber Optic, Patchcord Guides), The Performance Of Welds, Measurements Of Otdr And Olts And The Preparation Of As -Built Documentation. 3. B) Blowing Fiber Optic Cable Over The Entire Section Of The Route; End Of The Cable In Fiber Optic Switches (In The Points: Brzeźno Chl/Brz/Dn And Dorohusk Chl/Dor/Dn); C) End Of The Cable In Fiber Optic Switches (In The Points: Brzeźno Chl/Brz/Dn And Dorohusk Chl/Dor/Dn); D) Welding Of Fiber Optic Fibers And Performing Reflectometric Measurements (Otdr) And Freezing (Olts); E) Development And Transfer Of As -Built Documentation, Including Treatment Diagram, List Of Welds, Measurement Results And End Photos. 4. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Issued By The Employer (Annex 3A To Swz) Which Fully Describe The Scope Of The Order And Constitute An Attachment To The Tender Documentation. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Complete As -Built Documentation, In Accordance With The Minimum Scope Indicated In Chapter V In The Content Of Opz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Guarantee Of Quality For The Work Performed And Installed Devices. The Minimum Warranty Period May Not Be Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Without Reservations. Detailed Conditions Of The Warranty And Procedures For Reporting And Removing Defects Are Regulated In The Content Of § 9 Of The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Current Civil Liability (Civil Liability Insurance) Throughout The Performance Of The Contract, Including: A) The Implementation Of Installation And Measuring Works In The Teletechnical Infrastructure, B) Auxiliary Work, Including Local Open Pit In Order To Remove The Sewage System, C) Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And Third Parties; 8. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex 3 To Swz And In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
