The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Developing Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Together With Graphic Attachments As Well As Analysis Of The Conditions And Rules For Developing The Area As Well As Its Development And The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area At Which The Investment Is Expected, B) Development Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Conditions Of Development Together With The Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Building, As Well As The State Of Fact, As Well And The Legal Area Where The Investment Is Expected And The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyzes, Together With The Graphic Attachment To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Results Of The Analysis - After Conducting Vision In The Field. 1) Decision Projects Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Applicable Law, And In Particular: The Act Of 27 March 2003.
