The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) Developing Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment Together With Graphic Attachments As Well As Analysis Of The Conditions And Rules For Developing The Area As Well As Its Development And The Factual And Legal Status Of The Area At Which The Investment Is Expected, B) Development Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Conditions Of Development Together With The Analysis Of The Conditions And Principles Of Land Development And Its Building, As Well As The State Of Fact, As Well And The Legal Area Where The Investment Is Expected And The Necessary Analyzes And Results Of These Analyzes, Together With The Graphic Attachment To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Results Of The Analysis - After Conducting Vision In The Field. 1) Decision Projects Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Applicable Law, And In Particular: The Act Of 27 March 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure 2003 On The Markings And Naming Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Building Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164 Item 1589) Together With Graphic Attachments To The Project, Analysis And Analysis Results. 2) The Purchaser Provides For The Need To Prepare 300 Pieces Of Decision Projects, Including: A) 280 Pieces Of Projects Of Decisions On Building Conditions Preceded By The Analysis Of Functions And Features Of Building And Land Development, B) 10 Pieces Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions Regarding The Building Object Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, C) 10 Pieces Of Draft Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments. 3) The Deadline By The Contractor To Make Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment Is A Maximum Of 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Application With A Set Of Documents, And For The Decision On Building Conditions Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994, The Construction Law Is Up To 7 Days The Vision In The Field Will Be Confirmed By The Prepared Photographic Documentation Made Available At The Request Of The Employer. 6) In The Event Of Faulty Preparation Of The Draft Decision, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Improve The Draft Decision Without Additional Costs Within 5 Days, And In The Case Of A Decision On Building Conditions Regarding The Building Referred To In Art. 29 Para. 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law Immediately, But Not Longer Than Within 1 Day.
