    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation For The Expansion Of The Municipal Road From The Town Of Kobierzyce To The Town Of Kuklice For Pedestrian And Bicycles, For Bicycles And A Road For Pedestrians, And Obtaining All The Investments Required For The Implementation Of The Investment And Decisions In This Final Decision Of The Zrid And Supervision Of Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works. Szumski (Annex No. 8 To Swz). The Concept Is Only An Illustrative Material That Shows The Scale Of The Project And The Planned Range. The Target Communication System Will Be Developed By The Contractor At The Stage Of Performing The Project And Cost Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law. Teren Covered By The Study Is Located On Plots With Registration Numbers No. 390/8, 390/9, 390/11, 392/2, 357, 356, 364, 355/2, 355/3, 355/4, 358/3 105, 79/2, 101/65, 101/64 Kuklice Precinct. In Connection With The Fact That The Investment Will Also Be Implemented On Plots (Area) Not Provided In The Local Spatial Development Plan For Functions Related To The Scope Of Work Covered By The Investment Task And Located On Plots (Area) Not Included In The Contracting Authority, The Task Is Provided For The Task Through The Zrid Procedure Roads Of Roadside Based On The Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment. It Is Allowed To Divide The Investment Into Stages Covered By Separate Administrative Proceedings, In Particular If It Contributes To The Improvement Of The Design Process. At The Stage Of Design Work, The Circumstances May Arise, As A Result Of Which Other Plots Of Land Not Specified In The Above List Will Have To Be Included In The Study, As Well As Covered By The Zrid Procedure. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include Such Plots.
