The Subject Of The Contract Is: Factory Delivery Of A New Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Meeting The Qualitative Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), Under The Conditions Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Attachment No. 9 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Detailed Technical Requirements - Is Annex 1 To Swz. 3. Additional Information: A. The Order Includes The Supply Of A Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader, Factory New, Manufactured No Later Than In 2024, Technically Efficient, Equipped With All Operating Fluids And Refueled To The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Specified By The Manufacturer And Meeting The Requirements Of The Vehicle Allowed To Travel On Public Roads In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Road Traffic Law. The Minimum Required Warranty Period - 12 Months Or 1000 Hours [Mtg] From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Of The Delivery Of The Subject (The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers). C. The Contractor Will Provide Warranty And Post -Warranty Service For The Subject Of Delivery On The Conditions Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 1 To Swz). The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide The Manufacturers Authorization Documents When Signing The Contract For The Performance Of Service Activities, I.E. The Statement From Which It Will Show That The Provision Of Warranty Services By The Supplier Will Not Deprive The Contracting Authority Of The Manufacturer. The Distance Of An Authorized Stationary Service Point May Not Be More Than 150 Km From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party. During The Warranty, Transport Of An Excavator To The Service Point For Free With Efforts And At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Contractor Will Ensure The Time Of Diagnosis In The Event Of An Excavator Failure Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of E-Mail Notification By The Ordering Party. On The Other Hand, The Repair Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 21 Working Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Failure, And In Justified Objective Cases Within The Period Agreed With The Ordering Party From The Date Of The Diagnosis.
