1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Maintenance, Repairs And Inspections Of Playgrounds In The Years 2025-2027W. Warsaw, Located In The Praga-Południe District In Warsaw, In Particular: 1) Controls Of All Elements Of The Equipment Of Playgrounds And Small Architecture Facilities, Including: Fences, Play Equipment, Small Architecture Elements, Safe Surfaces, In Accordance With Pn-En 1176-7: 2009, Pn-En 1177: 2009 And Pn-En 16630: 2015 And Manufacturers Recommendations, Including: Inspections Through Inspection During Which The General Condition Of The Equipment And Objects, The Completeness Of All Elements Of The Objects, Cleanliness Is Checked. Inspection Performed At Least Three Times A Week (On Mondays, Wednesdays And Fridays), Enabling The Disclosure Of Obvious Threats That May Be The Result Of Wear, Destruction, Vandalism Or Weather Conditions; B) Functional Controls Carried Out Every Two Months Starting From The First Month Of Signing The Contract. Functional Control Consists In Checking Utility, Usefulness, Efficiency, Also In Terms Of Wear And Stability Of Equipment And Objects; 2) Keeping Documentation From The Electronic Inspections. In The Application, During The Duration Of The Contract, The Geolocation Function Will Be Enabled, Which Will Prevent The Entering Of Data Outside The Area To Which The Examination Relates; 3) In The Event Of The Possibility Of Entering The Documentation In Electronic Form To The Application Electronic Book Of Playgrounds And Outdoor Gyms, For Reasons Lying On The Part Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Will Keep Documentation From The Inspections Conducted By: A) Filling In The Form Of Pn. Regular Inspection Through Examination In The Case Of Regular Inspection By Inspection; The Form Template Is Set Out In Annex 2 To The Draft Contract, B) Completing The Form Entitled Functional Control In The Case Of Functional Control; The Form Template Is Set Out In Annex 3 To The Draft Contract; 4) Ongoing Performance Of Minor Equipment Repairs And/Or Facilities Together With The Purchase Of Materials Needed For These Repairs, In Particular: - Shortening And Smoothing Of Protruding Threads, Screws, - Nailing Boards In Sandboxes, Equipment And In Objects Having Wooden Elements In Their Construction, - Repair Of Locks In Facts And Gates, Creating A Threat,- Complementing Plastic Caps In Fence Posts, Screws, Nuts And Pads,- Maintenance And Protection Of The Legs Of Swings, Platforms And Other Elements Of The Device,- Securing Edges And Surfaces Of Flat Sandstones Seats,- Smoothing Sharp Metal Edges,- Covering (Covering) Exposed. Devices,- Removal From Equipment And Objects Of Small Architecture Of Graffiti And Inscriptions By Cleaning Them Or Painting,- Washing Of Play Equipment And Small Architecture Facilities,- Removal From Play Equipment And Small Architecture Objects Located On Them Sand, Gravel And Pollution,- Lubrication Of Gates And Wickets Hinges And Small Architecture Objects,- Adjustment Of Lines,- Oth
