Not Ordering By The Employer A Full Quantitative Scope Of Individual Meals Does Not Result On The Part Of The Contractor For The Purchase Of The Number Of Meals Not Realized During The Contract, Due To The Fact That During The Performance Of The Contract It Is Allowed To Change The Number Of Individual Products By The Contracting Authority, Not Increasing The Value Of The Contract. 3.1.D) The Contractor Undertakes To Successively Deliver Meals In Batches For A Maximum Number Of 100 Children From 20 Weeks Of Age To 3 Years Old, Which Will Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Nutrition Rules Of A Small Child From Monday To Friday (Excluding Holiday Days And Other Days When Classes For Children Do Not Take Place), In Gross Unit Prices Specified In Annex 1 To Sw Contracts. 3.1.E) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Meals In His Own Thermos/Containers/Catering Vessels, By Their Own Transport, At His Own Expense, To Childrens Care Points Up To 3 Years Old Fairytale Corner And Enchanted Land Located At Ul. Białzewicka 32 In Gostynin, In The Quantities Specified In Orders Placed By The Employer By Phone. 3.1.F) One Food Package For One Child On One Day Of Stay At The Care Point Should Include: Breakfast, Two -Course Dinner (Soup And Second Dish) And Afternoon Tea. 3.1.G) A Menu Containing Information On The Caloric Value Of Meals, It Will Be Arranged By The Contractor For One
