    Work Detail

    1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Restaurant And Hotel Service For 51 People On October 23-24, 2025. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 5 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Number Of Training Participants Provided By The Employer Is The Maximum Level Of Order. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Possibility Of Fewer Participants, But Not Less Than 45 People, And The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims. 4. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conduct A Local Vision In The Hotel Proposed By The Contractor, Hereinafter Also Called The Hotel Facility In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Provisions Of Swz, As Well As In Terms Of Its Medical Protection And Sanitary-Epidemiological Protection. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Respecting The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety.
