Tenders Are Invited For Ongoing Maintenance And Maintenance Of Lighting Installations And Assembly And Disassembly Of Christmas Illuminations

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Maintaining, Maintenance And Performance Of Current Repairs Of Installations And Street Lighting Devices Along With The Assembly And Dismantling Of Christmas Lighting In The City Of Zgorzelec. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes 3413 Luminaires, 2945 Columns And 64 Lighting Wardrobes (As At 01.04.2025), In Accordance With The List Of Light Points And A View Map, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantitative State Of Lighting Points As A Result Of Construction, Reconstruction, Expansion, Renovation And Liquidation. Each Change Will Be Corrected On The Basis Of A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. 3. Activities Specified In Para. 1 Of This Chapter Relate To The Following Types Of Lighting Installations: Street/Road Lighting (Cable And Overhead Separated Network, Common Network With Distribution Network N/N Tauron S.A.) And Park Lighting. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract In Particular Includes: 1) Ensuring Efficient And Proper Functioning Of Lighting Equipment And Installations; 2) Maintenance Of Lighting Installations And Devices In A State That Guarantees Full Safety To All Users; 3) Maintenance Of Lighting Installations And Devices; 4) Operation And Technical Inspections Of Equipment For Supply And Protection Equipment In Lighting Cabinets; Wardrobes, Cable Facade Connectors In Aesthetic And Pure State (Cleaning Of Fittings, Optical Systems, Washing Of Shades) And Removing Ads, Posters And Graffiti From The Above Devices; 6) Adjustment Of The Position Of The Fittings And Reflectors, Control Of The Condition Of Lighting Columns Through: A) Checking The Connections On The Clamp Plate, Cleansing The Screws, Pads, Nuts And End Cable, B) Checking The Type And Volume Of Security, If Necessary - Their Replacement Or Supplementation (Including Replacement Of Security In The Event Of A Change In Contractual Power), C) Supplementing The Closures Of Pillar Niches Of Each Type, D) Checking The Foundation And Restoring Of The Verticality Of Columns, Securing And Supplementing The Foundations Of Lanterns And The Surface Of Concrete Columns; 7) Measurements And Operating Tests Performed Twice During The Period Of Implementation Of This Contract, At The Written Request Of The Employer, By: A) Checking The Technical Condition And Measurement Of The Effectiveness Of Fire Protection, B) Measurements Of The Condition Of Insulation Resistance, C) Checking The Resistance Of Working Grounding; Performing The Above Steps Will Be Confirmed By A Protocol Prepared By The Contractor Who Will Be Transferred To The Contractor With An Invoice With An Invoice Month Of Execution.
