    3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is: Annex 1 To Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Also Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract, Constituting: Annex 2 To Swz.4. Number Of Visit Participants: 20 People And 2 Representatives Of The Contracting Authorities Supervising The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract (A Total Of 22 People). The Cost Of The Above Persons (2 Representatives Of The Contracting Authority) Are The Organizational Cost Of The Contractor. 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of Participants (20) Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is A Maximum Value. 6. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Reduce By A Maximum Of 10% Of The Number Of Participants Of The Visit, Informing The Contractor About It, At Least 5 Days Before The Planned Study Visit. In Such A Situation, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Reduced, Taking Into Account The Amount Of Remuneration Per Participant.
