1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels With An Energy Storage In The Building Of The Social Integration Center In Kruszyn (Ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 98, 87-853 Kruszyn). 1.2. The Employer Informs That It Has 18 Pv Modules (Jaslar 550 W) As Part Of A Photovoltaic Installation Installed In The Building Of The Social Integration Center In Kruszyn.1.3. As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Delivery And Assembly Of 72 Pieces Of Monocrystalline Photovoltaic Modules With A Capacity Of 550 W.1.4. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Contractor Will Carry Out The Work (Delivery With The Assembly Service) In A Building Commissioned On December 9, 2024, Which Is Required By The Warranty And Warranty Of Its Contractor (Applies Until December 12, 2030). For This Reason, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party And Supervision Inspector About Any Reservations Regarding The Quality Of Works Carried Out In The Previous Contractor And Ensure The Possibility Of Participating The Building Contractor In The Acceptance Of All Praz Made By The Contractor Who Interfere In The Work Of The Contractor. Detailed Rules In This Respect Are Contained In The Proposed Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex 6 To Swz.1.5.
