    1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Service Services For Elements Of Server Infrastructure Installed At The Employer, On The Conditions Specified In This Document.1.2. The Services Include Hardware Service, Technical Support And Actions Specified In This Description, In Line With The Manufacturers Standards Or Equivalent, Not Worse Than 5X9 Nbd (9 Hours A Day, 5 Days A Week, Next Business Day), With Reaction Time Up To 2 Hours. Service Services Will Be Provided For A Period Of 24 Months For Each Of The Elements Of Server Infrastructure Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
