The Subject Of The Contract Applies To The Delivery And Assembly Of The Recreation And Educational Devices Indicated In Point 2 And The Board, On Plots No. 992/2 And No. 990/2 At The Museum And Educational Center (Ul. 3 Ludytho 90) And At The Office Administrative Building (Ul. Ptasia 1) In Słońsk. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Supply And Assembly: 1) Devices, I.E. The Exhibit Rowrek Champions Race Consisting Of Four Stationary Bicycles, Each With A Unique Shape Reproducing The Silhouette Of The Selected Animal (Boar, Roe, Variable Running, River Seedling), And Assigned To It, 2) Devices, I.E. The Exhibition, I.E. Exhibit Antivate Anti -Expant. Animal Weight Point Presenting The Interactive Counterweight Mechanism That Visualizes The Actual Masses Of Animals - Consisting Of One Counterweight With Variable Weight And Three Counterweights Containing Pairs Of Animals (Gągoł + Crossword Puzzle, Kestrel + Marsh -In -Law, Otter + Hare), 3) Devices, I.E. A Exhibit Consisting Of Three Rockers On The Spring, Each Of Which Has A Unique Shape, Of Which Mapping Selected Insect Species (Green Grasshopper, Beetle Beetle And Rainless Blacksmith) .4) A Plaque With The Regulations Of The Use Of The Educational Garden. The Experiver The Contractor Undertakes To Organize The Place Of Assembly And Assemble With His Own Efforts And At His Own Expense.B) Is Obliged To Implement The Entire Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense, Which Includes In Particular The Costs Of Transport, Assembly, C) Is Obliged To Conduct Assembly Work In Such A Way That There Is No Damage To The Infrastructure Located Outside The Area Where The Subject Of The Contract Was Installed. Usable Related To The Subject Of The Contract And All Certificates Confirming That The Devices Used To Implement The Subject Of The Contract Have A Declaration Of Compliance Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Norm Or Technical Approval, E) Will Provide Together With The Order With The Order Required To Operate The Instructions In Polish (If Concerned) .3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Delivery Order, I.E. The Number Of Individual Items And Their Technical, Quality, Functional And Utility Parameters, Technical Specification Of Delivery With The Technical Description Of Structural Elements, Including Land Development (With A Drawing Part And A Description Of The Ground Conditions) And A Pre -Work Of The Work - Is Attached As Sopz ( Design Documentation).
